--2010!--
"Looking onward and where we’ve been!"
Each year we learn a little bit more about the essence of good
character, and the rewards it brings; one being that of integrity.
If we are aware of what life is teaching, then we draw ever closer
to the reality of ideal relationships and how such "things" as
cooperation, service, faith, deference, attentiveness and loyalty
knit hearts together. We have been given a new year, one in which
we are given the opportunity to strive for those "things" which
have no price tag; "things" which allow us to move ever onward and
forward, but which also allow us to learn from where we’ve been.
Happy 2010!

RAHMA'S RAVINGS
Punctuality is a focus I have as one of my New Year’s
resolutions. If there is anyone who needs to practice punctuality,
it is me. A wise person once told me, "Being on time is late.
Being early is being punctual." It’s sad, but I am always on time,
which I have learned, is also being late. I believe that being
punctual is a sign of respect to others. I am making every effort
in 2010 to do what I need to do to be early for all appointments,
whether it is college classes, my job or anything else. What is
helping me is leaving early enough so that unexpected things don’t
hinder me from being late. Punctuality is so important. An ancient
saying states, "Time is money". It is true indeed; from paying
bills, to getting to business meetings. Punctuality can cause loss
of capital when it is not taken seriously. I believe that
punctuality is a very important quality to hold in one’s mind. It
surely is one which has great rewards. I urge you to join me in
practicing punctuality this year.
